When will I be charged for my order?Updated 3 days ago

For online payments (credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alma, etc.), you will be charged when you complete your order on the website.

Once payment has been taken, your order is shipped within 24–48 hours, provided the product is available. 

For payments by bank transfer, we wait until we have received the funds before accepting the order and sending it for preparation and shipping.

If, when you place your order, the product is available in several weeks, the same payment rules apply and your order is sent for preparation and shipping on the day the goods arrive at our warehouse.
