All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

For bedding, the warranty period depends on the product ordered. Please contact Customer Service using the contact form to find out more.

Please note that the warranty does not apply in all cases. The product must not have undergone any particular modification (such as being painted, for example, so think carefully before getting carried away). In addition, the reported defect must not result from abnormal use of the product, normal wear and tear, or an accidental event, possibly caused by a third party.
