I would like to exercise my right of withdrawal. Is that possible?Updated 12 hours ago

You have received an item ordered on the Maison Pavane website, but it doesn't suit your decor after all.

You have a 60-day withdrawal period from the date you receive the product.

To exercise this right, please first let us know via our contact form that you wish to return your order, telling us the reason for the return and whether you have kept the products' original packaging. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours to explain the procedure.

Returns made without contacting our Customer Satisfaction team require manual processing, which delays refunds. Also, if a problem occurs during the return, we cannot intervene with the carrier if we did not arrange the shipment.

As a reminder, the product must be in perfect condition and packed in its original box; otherwise, the return will not be possible. We ask for returns in the original box because otherwise we cannot put the product back on sale. 

Also, bathroom furniture that has been drilled and/or modified will not be taken back or exchanged, including during the withdrawal period.
