How long is my product under warranty?Updated a day ago

All products sold on our website are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from the date you receive your order.

If you encounter a conformity issue within two years, here is what to do:

• Find your invoice (in your customer account or by email)
• Contact our Customer Service, sending your invoice along with photos showing the defect (via the contact form)
• Describe the problem so that Customer Service can review your request as accurately as possible
• We will review your request carefully and get back to you within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note that most of our items remain in our range from one year to the next. We also keep a stock of spare parts, which very often allows us to replace faulty parts with identical ones.
