How long does it take to receive my refund?Updated 3 days ago

The refund time depends on your situation: 

Order cancellation (before shipping):  The refund is made within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method as the original order (e.g. by card if you paid by card).  

Withdrawal after receiving your order:  The refund is made once we have received the returned parcel(s) and our logistics team has confirmed that the products are in new condition.

Once the return has been received, your refund will be made within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method as the original order (e.g. by card if you paid by card).  

Financial compensation:  The goodwill gesture is made within 7 days, using the same payment method as the original order (e.g. by card if you paid by card).  

Please note: if you paid for your original order by bank transfer, we will need your bank details (RIB/IBAN). You can send them to us using the contact form.
