Product returns can be arranged if you have changed your mind or if the item ordered doesn't suit you. To do so, please contact us and we will arrange the return of the product in its original packaging via a parcel point or a home collection, depending on its size and weight.

Bathroom furniture that has been drilled and/or modified will not be taken back or exchanged, including during the withdrawal period.

Please do not arrange a return without contacting us first, as this would considerably lengthen processing times. Our warehouse finds it difficult to handle “independent” returns, as they fall outside its usual processes.
