Can I receive an invoice by post?Updated 3 days ago

We will send you the invoice for your purchase as an attachment to your order shipping confirmation email.

You can also find your invoice directly in your customer account, under "My Orders", by clicking "View order" and then the "Invoice" tab.

We do not include invoices in parcels, mainly for environmental reasons: very few of our customers need a paper invoice. If you need a paper invoice and are unable to print it, you can contact us via the contact form.
