Why is delivery to my floor charged?Updated 16 hours ago

Standard delivery and parcel point delivery are free on the Maison Pavane website to keep the selling price clear. No additional fees are added in the cart: everything is transparent and shown on the product page.

Delivery to your floor is a paid option corresponding to a premium delivery service:

• We use a specialist in transporting heavy and bulky items.
• Delivery takes 7 to 12 days from the shipment of your order, depending on your location.
• The carrier informs you of the delivery date by text message or email. If it doesn't suit you, you can access a calendar to choose another delivery slot.
• The delivery slot is 5 hours when you choose the delivery date. This slot is narrowed down to 2 hours the day before the delivery to help you plan your day.
• On the day, the delivery driver(s) take the time to place the parcel(s) in the room of your choice.

We recommend this delivery method for bulky and heavy parcels. Before ordering, make sure the parcel will fit through the common areas of your building (parcel dimensions are shown on the product page, in the technical details, under “Parcel information”).

Sometimes the product needs to be unpacked to get through narrow spaces.
