What delivery methods does Maison Pavane offer?Updated 14 hours ago

We offer several delivery methods depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

For parcels under 30 kg:

• Parcel Point Delivery (Free): delivery to a parcel point of your choice (selected when you place your order)
• Standard Delivery (Free): delivery to the foot of your building or to your gate by 1 delivery driver between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Premium Delivery: delivery to your floor and/or to the room of your choice by 2 delivery drivers, if the weight of the parcel requires it. Delivery by appointment from Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 10 pm, with a time slot narrowed down to 2 hours the day before the delivery, and even on Sundays depending on the area.

If you order more than 4 units of a parcel under 30 kg, the delivery service automatically switches to Standard Delivery for parcels over 30 kg, and the delivery time is extended.

For parcels over 30 kg:

• Standard Delivery (Free): delivery in front of your home or at the foot of your building, by appointment. Delivery takes place within a 5-hour time slot, narrowed down to 2 hours the day before the delivery, from Monday to Saturday and even on Sundays depending on the area.
• Delivery to your floor: delivery to your floor and/or to the room of your choice by 2 delivery drivers. Delivery by appointment from Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 10 pm, with a time slot narrowed down to 2 hours the day before the delivery, and even on Sundays depending on the area.

If Premium Delivery is the only option available, this means the item ordered has a volume/weight that requires a tailored service.

Whatever the delivery method chosen, all carriers communicate with you by text message. This is why we ask for a mobile phone number when you place your order.

You may sometimes receive messages from carriers (Heppner, DPD, etc.) mentioning the company AECI: this is indeed us!
